
Consalvo Sanesi (March 28, 1911 - July 28, 1998): An Italian racing driver from Terranuova Bracciolini, Tuscany, Sanesi competed in nine Formula One World Championship Grands Prix between 1950 and 1952. He achieved one podium finish with third place at the 1951 Italian Grand Prix at Monza, driving for Alfa Romeo. Sanesi had worked his way up through Italian motorsport during the 1930s and 1940s, demonstrating both driving talent and mechanical knowledge. His association with Alfa Romeo reflected the high regard in which he was held within Italian motorsport circles.
Beyond Formula One, Sanesi competed in various sports car races and Italian national events. Though his Grand Prix career was relatively brief, his podium finish at Monza showed he could compete at the highest level. After retiring from driving, he remained involved in Italian motorsport.
