Logan Sargeant (31 December 2000 - Present): Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Logan Hunter Sargeant is an American racing driver who competed in Formula One for Williams from 2023 to mid-2024. After winning the 2015 junior direct-drive Karting World Championship—becoming the first American to achieve this feat since Lake Speed in 1978—Sargeant progressed through Formula 4 with top-three finishes in the F4 UAE and British Championships. He achieved several wins in the 2018 Formula Renault Eurocup, finishing fourth, and placed third in the 2020 FIA Formula 3 Championship with Prema. In October 2021, Sargeant joined the Williams Driver Academy.
He moved to FIA Formula 2 in 2022, finishing fourth in his full debut season with Carlin, achieving two wins, two pole positions, and earning Rookie of the Year honors. Sargeant made his Formula One debut at the 2023 Bahrain Grand Prix, becoming the first American full-time F1 driver since 2007. He scored his only championship point at the 2023 United States Grand Prix. Following a series of poor performances and crashes, Sargeant was replaced by Franco Colapinto after the 2024 Dutch Grand Prix.
